VGA to HDMI doesn't work?

Three projector/screen system setup; VGA Cables feed into a "2 Port Video Duplicator" (I do not see a brand name on this, but I do have a picture.)

Old system worked fine:
~ Windows 7 computer with VGA Connector
~ VGA Cable from computer feeds into the "2 Port Video Duplicator"

New system:
~ Windows 10 computer with HDMI Connector
~ VGA to HDMI Cord...connected HDMI to computer and VGA into the "2 Port Video Duplicator" but nothing will project onto any of the screens.
~ Changed input on projectors to HDMI but this did not help.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

HDMI (digital) to VGA (analog) does not work with a cord. You need a converter. If DVI-I available on PC, you can use an adapter DVI-I to VGA.

I do not have the laptop at home with me so I can't say for sure if DVI-I is available. Any recommendations for a converter? Preferably Amazon (I have Prime) or even eBay? Thank you!
