VGA TO LED HDTV

I HAVE MY PC HP-COMPAQ SFD530 MACHINE WHICH HAVE A VGA OUTPUT,PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW CAN I GET MY DISPLAY WITH IT ON MY SAMSUNG LED TV WHICH HAVE A HDMI PORT....

2) It looks like your system has an available AGP 1.5v slot. The easiest way to connect your PC to your LED TV's HDMI port is to install an Low-Profile AGP graphics card that has a native HDMI port.

Something like this HIS Radeon HD4350 would probably do the trick.
