Video 8 to dvd cable

Hi! I have Sony CCD TRV 46 NTSC Video HI8 camera,I can connect to TV and watch it. How can I watch and download on to CD

To watch on a TV use the RGB cable.

To burn on a CD/DVD you will need a capture device (Hauppauge HVR 1950 or similar), and use Windows Movie Maker (free download from Microsoft).
