Video cannot be played

Whenever I skip ahead while watching a video on the internet I get a message that simply says the video cannot be played. This has not happened before and I have had my phone for about four .months it is the droid RAZR m. This problem will also occasionally occur mid video.

Have you tried firefox beta ? GSM or cdma service? do you have the same problem over wifi ?

I have tried multiple browsers on my phone and it still happens. My phone has a sim card. The problem still occurs on wifi .
