Forgive my ignorance, but isn't Picasa meant only for editing photos?

EDIT: Okay, so I see that Picasa can play certain video files, but not always well. Are you just trying to watch video, or edit it in some way as well? If just watching video, VLC media player is one of the best, as well as free.

well all video types are checked off and the videos seem to load into computer but there is no viceo icon showing and all that is there is one frame???
