They probably used the seasonal disorder lights judging by the look of the light it's giving off and thats why it took so much energy.

What do Tropicana get out of this? Publicity? Advertisement? It's a for-profit company, I don't believe that they did this just for the people. There are people in much worse environments in the world, so if Tropicana wants to do real good to the world, they should do something for them.
