Video To Audio Conversion

Hello Toms,
I apologies if this is not the appropriate section for my question but it seemed the best fit.

Anyways, I have this video on my phone (copied over to my PC) and the audio on it is hilarious and I would love to have it as a custom ringtone for the person the video involves. Is it possible to extract the audio from the video into its own file? I saw a lot of downloads when I used Google but none looked at all trustworthy. If anyone could provide me with a trustworthy link or a tutorial on how to do it through Windows itself I would be very grateful.

It depends a bit on the video format, but you may find a software, that extracts the audio here: http/downloads.zdnet.com/

Thanks for both of your suggestions guys, Sound Recorder was more than adequate for what I was looking for though
