Videos not working on new Zenbook Prime

I am not sure what is the issue, but right from start up no videos are working at all. Whether its Youtube videos or any other type of video from a different site such as Yahoo. All that keeps happening is just random colors flashing very fast.

This is a very new laptop purchase, I just got it today. It is the new Asus Zenbook Prime UX31A-AB71 and it has the new Intel HD Graphics 4000.

Any ideas? I am not worrying yet but I am just curious...

Those are pricey laptops.....contact Asus support as it may be a graphics problem...

Thanks guys, i'll give them a call.

I was hoping this wouldn't be a laptop specific problem but one that has happened to other laptops from a variety of other manufacturers.

I'll post a reply when I get a fix on what Asus tells me.
