Videos pause on their own

My iPhone 5s is still running on iOS 9.3.2. The past month, when watching a video (any video whether on YouTube or Netflix, etc) the video will slow to a pause by itself. First the sound goes away and then it pauses half a second later. I am able to play the video again, but this happens all the time.

Reboot phone, forget and re-connect to your WiFi signal, try again. If the issue is on WiFi that is. If it's happening on your cell network, contact your service provider.
