videos wont load? help

no videos load, not just youtube, also twitch and other stuff, everything is updated and wifi is fine. how did this happen and how do I fix it?

its an ipad mini, nothing else is wrong besides the fact that videos wont load...im using mts but that's not the problem

Try restarting the ipad.

maybe there's really a problem wiith the settings and storage in your ipad mini. But Before that happen, was it soak with water or fell in the floor?
