Viewsonic Pro 8200 Projector V position locked

Having an issue with the menu screen. the V position Option in audio/video menu is grayed out and i can change it. now the V position is all the way up and i have to tilt the projector significantly if i want to view it properly. Any Idea on how i can unlock that menu item to bring the v position down? thanks

If I understand things correctly ... the 8200 does not have true lens shift. That vertical horizontal adjustment is only for non-native aspect modes - do you know what I mean?

You can either tilt it as you say or ... put it on a lower shelf/table
