VirtualDub bitrate question.

I am wondering if 1500 Bitate is good enough for 1280x720 videos.
I am using x264vfw - H.264/MPEG-4 AVC codec.

This is the other settings for the Codec.

That's a bit low for HD video. You want over 2k for decent quality.
