Virus Problem

what kind of virus infected my pc and how will i cure it? the audio files on my computer has been shuffled. when i play the selected audio file, different file is playing on my midi player. then when i explore the folders of my audio files their file name has been change into ASCII character so i can't read it. is there anyone can help me solve my problem? my first plan is to reformat my OS drive then install a new anti virus, can anyone suggest me what anti virus should i install?
