Virus

Hello,
I have the following on my desktop.
hs-err-pid3972, hs-err-pid 276, hs-err-pid-136, hs-err-2940, I keep deleting these but they keep coming back. I did a virus scan with Mcafee and found nothing and I installed malwarebytes and did a scan and they found nothing.
How do I get rid of these things?they multiply.
