Vivo y69 cant connect to wireless keyboard & mouse

I have problem with my device, after i connect usb dongle for mouse & keybord, there is no notification in notification bar, the mouse alredy on but no currosor in my phone,

If you are not getting a connection, try restarting the phone. Otherwise it is completely possible that it will not work with that phone.
