vizio tv won't turn on

E470ia0 I have replaced both power supply and main board - still will not turn on. Only sign of life is a small blue light on the front - when you push the on button it lights and then goes out slowly.

It happened to my LG , something to do with the LED unit , forgot what it was called , Repair stated it was a $200.00 fix , so I ended up getting a new TV.
