Volume pop up happens constantly.

Good Morning, I recently installed a 75 Sharp Android TV and connected my Sharp sound bar through the ARC HDMI. When hooked up this way the volume panel continues to pop up every 2 to 3 minutes. I have attempted to hook up through optical audio cable as well and tried 2 other HDMI 2.0 cables and get the same effect. When hooking up through Bluetooth or using the TV speakers this does not happen. Any assistance would be appreciated.

So now u gotta narrow it down, TV or SB? Guess next I would try a BR --> SB, or PC --> SB connection see what they do.

Thanks for the reply. The sound bar works on my Vizio in the other room through optical audio and arc with out consistent flashing of the volume panel.

Either there is an errand remote on the first room, of the first TV is jacked, I suggest turning off first TV's CEC if it has that feature.

Seems like I am getting a little closer lol. I turned CEC off and the volume pop up disappears but it reverts to Tv speakers with no way of removing. I had a Logitech harmony 1100 remote connected to the soundbar at one point but that is long packed up. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Is there maybe a way to upgrade the soundbar firmware?
