Want disk on drive for sofware to work

I have just completed my maths lessons and converted them to adobe. Now I want to cut disks so that they can only work on if the disk is on the drive, No two copies - registered - can run simultaneously. User are to pay, either using credit card or convert databudles to pay for the use of the software at a time. Can you help. Which software am I to purchase to enable me to do this? Roughly how much will it cost?

It sounds like you want some form of digital rights management (DRM). But be warned: DRM is hard to implement unless you license it, and it can always be bypassed. ALWAYS!
