so let me get this straight. You PAY EVERY MONTH FOR A CERTAIN PRODUCT, and if you use 70% of it, you get penalized but no money back? So, if I buy a car equipped with a v8, it runs on 3 cylinders if I ever dare to use it when i want? This is bullshit, if they are going to do this, they can expect customers to drop or dropping the price by 50% as well.

I hope I only have to pay 50% of my bill too...
Right now I'm downloading at 3kbps, when I have reached 1mbps.
Maybe I can utilize the rest of my bandwidth to torrent a solution?
