We can't get our samsung bluray bdfm57c to play sound through our samsung sound bar. The sound bar works when we are watching tv but then when a movie or netflix is on sound only comes through the tv?? What am I doing wrong

How are you connecting the bluray player to the sound bar? There may be an issue with content protection.
