Hi,
Go to the Dell website-> "Technical Support, Drivers and Software".

Then type in your SERVICE TAG.

A list of drivers and SOFTWARE will appear. Choose the proper software.

*If you have the proper Webcam drivers already installed you can probably use different software such as SKYPE.
