Weird error whenever I attempt to shut down my new asus zenbook ux305

I've built computers and I can fix most problems but I have never seen this before. It happens every time I attempt to shut down and prevents me from shutting the laptop down. It's brand new. Please see included picture

Hi,

Please try disabling all your startup items first specially ASUS related softwares. If this doesn't do the trick a Factory Reset might be required. According to some other forums that error that you're getting is caused by a corrupted ASUS software you might also want to consider running sfc/scannow as well in Command Prompt before doing a Factory Reset.
