from research looks like you have spyware/malware. I would go to Malwarebytes and downnload their free version and run deep scan if it lets you

If you have a lot of them check to see if most are cookies. I think this will help fix. Also after running that please run your antivirus with a deep or thorough scan

and if you are running any P2P programs you may want to get proversion to run in background autochecking system since things like Bearshare usage are famous for things like this.
