Sometimes, there will be gargled voices playing through my headphones even when I have no other sound playing in the background. This happens whenever I plug my headphones in. I am not crazy, and this is certainly not caused by any of my running windows or programs. Additionally, there will sometimes be loud crackling and popping noises coming from my speakers/headphones, whichever one is plugged in at the time.

Anyone have any idea what is going on? I understand it sounds very weird, but it's the best I can do in terms of description.

I am using a set of JLab IEMs.
I'm plugging them into the headphone jack of a pair of Logitech s120's.

You might be picking up RF transmissions that are being modulated to audio inside the speaker system. You are hearing the voices speaking over some band of radio. Try using the headphones direct to the PC and to a different source in the same location.

OK, I'll try to plug them directly into the case then. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Are the crackling noises related to this issue?
