Solved! westinghouse smart tv

my new westinghouse smart tv is turning off because of the timer feature..... but I checked..... and the sleep mode is off.
is this smart tv faulty????

Also turn off any sleep/idle/green feature.

on the remote control there's only one sleep button.... as described the feature is OFF!

If the TV turns off after exactly the same amount of time passes it may be the timer feature.
If the turn off time isn't consistent there may be another problem.
Contact Westinghouse tech support. My past experience with them was fine
