Ok so ever now and then I like to run some scans just to make sure everything is ok. Now what programs do I need to run to scan EVERYTHING. I Mean I want it to search for viruses, malware, spyware all the sort of stuff. So far I have microsoft security essentials, and malwarebytes. What else do I need?

Solution
If you suspect your anti-virus let something through, roguekiller, adwcleaner and malwarebyte are always good to check if something has infected you

What you need is don't download/install programs that you don't know where is from. And keep windows updates.

Microsoft Security Essentials is what I use across all of my PCs. Never had an issue with viruses/malware/spyare and the like. Malware-Bytes for annual scannings a well.
