Been away from photography for a decade but for my landscape I always wished I can get rid of my Cokin filters. WHY CAN'T I SIMULATE THIS WITH SOFTWARE I asked. So can I, today?

What filters are you looking to emulate?
There are a LOT available, for PS, Lightroom, Paintshop Pro, etc, etc.
Both free or paid.

Polarizer. Split Neutral density (let me draw a transition line, not necessarily straight, on-screen). Blue Sky intensifier, Green Grass intensifier.

That's all easily done with plugins.
Give me a day or two, and I'll work up some samples of before and after, with each of those requirements.
