What are safe temperatures for a HP Omen Gaming Laptop?

I am often confused and worried about my computers health, my cpu normally sits around 70-90 degrees celsius while gaming and my gpu is in the 60s while gaming. Please help.

Seems normal, 90 is fairly high but for a gaming system should be OK.
