What are some good laptop for software developer under $800

My first priority is maximum performance.
I've to work with some heavy software like Visual Studio, Eclipse, Android Emulator, Virtual Machine, Oracle etc. (none of them need higher graphics performance)

Other priorities are light-weight and Battery backup.

I think i7-4500U is far behind than i7-4700MQ. Reasons are simple: dual core vs quad core, cache 4mb vs 6mb, clock rate(normal) 1.8GHz vs 2.4GHz, over clock rate 3.0GHz vs 3.4GHz etc.
The only advantage of 4500u is have less power consumption.

Power failure and problem in hinge were actually in Z500 series. I think lenovo tried to recover these issues in new Z510.

I'm still interested to know more...

Honestly, in that price bracket you are going to have trouble. Laptops for good for developing are expensive but ill look around. they just came out with the new 800 series graphics card so thats what I would go for. Yhat or try and find a good used or refurbished one for cheap.

What about Lenovo Z510

It has Intel Core i7 4700MQ processor, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD

What's it's pros and cons?
 


Sorry about everyone assuming dedicated graphics. I think the only real downside to the Z510p to any normal eye is the non 1080p screen, not familiar with development so I don't know if that's a problem; but other than that it seems like a solid buy.

I think Z510 just lacks the Graphics. Otherwise it's configuration is quite okay to run software development tools. It has even a more powerful processor than ASUS X550LB. What's your opinion?

Can you tell more about the complains or the problems of Lenovo Z510?
