What boot order should my acer aspire R3 be in

I am stuck in preparing automatic repair. I can't factory reset either. I keep getting a black screen after the , please wait message

Sounds like the hard drive is bad if it won't boot and won't do a factory reset either. Would need to replace it and do a clean Windows setup using some media like DVD, USB.
