What can I do if sony vegas won‘t start up?

Well we‘re doing a video project and we‘ve been doing it with sony vegas pro. Since it is quite an expensive programm i don‘t know why it should have bugs or something like that. Still we‘re at the final steps and have the deadline this evening but can‘t run the program anymore
