What can i do to improve quality of mobile gaming

I have an Alcatel Idol 4s, it has a great video card, and I love the graphics, but sometimes I see staggering in animation flow on the game Olympus Rising. The idol 4s has windows 10, and I was wondering what could I do to make the game play more smooth, if anything.

windows 10? isn't it an Android phone?

I believe you can get either, I got mine from T-Mobile and it was windows 10 format. I have never used a windows phone before, the drawback is so many apps don't work with windows format
