What do you guys reckon about my new laptop build?

Hey guys, so my brother took initiative and got me a laptop without my advice, and he didn't consider my gaming addiction! He got the Dell Inspiron 17R Special edition. Details:

Processor: 3rd generation Intel® Core™ i7-3630QM processor (up to 3.40 GHz,, 6M cache)
Memory: 6144MB (1x2048 + 1x4096) 1600MHz DDR3 (He's upgrading this to 12GB)
Chipset: Mobile Intel® 7 Series Express Chipset (HM77)
GPU: Now this bit annoyed me a little, he changed the standard 2GB NVIDIA GeForce 650M for a 1GB GeForce 630M
Power: 130W AC Power Adapter
Hard drive: 1TB SATA hard drive (7200 RPM)

Now I'm not entirely knowledgeable about pc gaming and the various technologies, do you guys reckon I can get some good high graphics settings on this or should I buy a new GPU? The whole thing is bottlenecked because of it. Plus I don't have any money left!

I think it's already been shipped. Ah so unfortunate. I could resell it on eBay and get profit return, then use the excess to get an even better rig, but it's hassle and I need it ASAP.
