what do you think about HP DV5 ???

I tending to buy a new laptop

the best brand offering the top technology (Centreno2 and Turion Ultra) in Egypt is HP


I had a bad experience with my ld DV6000 that was running with AMD Turion X2 as the broad broke several times in short time


the new DV5 is supplied with nVidia board on Centreno models
and with ATI board on Turion models


What do you thank about it overall ???

Which you think is better you think ????

i'm using a dv6000 at the time i'm writing this. i also had a broken mobo with broken gpu, wifi... it's a fault in the series.
(also a turion X2 and nvdia go 7200)

i'd say, stay away from amd because of the heat and batterylife.
my sis has a hp with intel and the batterylife is X3!!

so get the centrino with the nvidia chip

i like the hp suport and the hp looks on the notebooks! but it's so shiny and blinky

what a fault ???!!!!

I didn't find that centreno save much power than Turion X2

but I shocked when I tried the Centreno 2 on DV5 of some friend

that battery run for more than 4 hours without charger....WOW

I hope you didn't buy an HP, I bought Two of them in December and they both suck! HP refuses to fix the problems under warranty!
