What free beginner video editing software should I get for editing YouTube videos

Hi guys I'm thinking of starting a YouTube channel and want to know which video editing software should I get for making 720p videos
And also would like to know if a core i5 skylake is good for rendering and editing videos and a gtx760ti,or maybe a rx460
And finally which setup should I get in terms of AUDIO (headset or mic) video capture or software like Sony Vegas pro,webcam
