What 'gaming' microphone should I get?

I'm not sure what to choose.
I always record, so I need something thats record me when I'm speaking quietly, but also something that records me when I'm screaming or speaking very loudly.
Because with my current microphone, when I speak quietly it hardly even records my voice, and when I'm, screaming/speaking loudly its way to loud, earrape and just simply annoying.

Any suggestions?

Jawbone ear wrap would work well as it's not directly in front of your mouth so doesn't get all the higher volume feedback screaming makes, and it's a jawbone style so picks up on lower levels of intensity that quiet voices don't have.
