What is a good full motion wall mount for a Toshiba 40in LCD?

Hey guys, im planning on getting a 40in LCD and i was wondering what are some good quality full motion wall mounts that is cheap. Preferably under $100 and a easy install. The weight is about 28 lbs.

As in a cantilever? Try Onmimount, or TBH, a rocketfish unit from best buy is fine. Most of them are universal anymore.
