What is a good laptop for general use? $650 budget

My wife's laptop finally died and we need a new one. she does some light photo editing but nothing crazy. Would be nice if it had a lot of storage space, and 8G of ram is preferred, but I dont know a ton about laptops or computers in general when it isn't optimized for my specific purposes.
$650 Max budget.
