what is a good malware/virus clean up program for windows 10

i think are some viruses on my laptop and its getting really annoying because weird things are happening need help now

Some antimalwares may detect some viruses but not most of them and the same applies to any antivirus... they may detect some malwares but not most of them. So, you may need a specific type of security program for each type of infection. And besides, free versions of antimalwares only offer scanning detections, with real time protection requiring payment. Some free antivirus programs may offer online protection and some may not... all paid versions offer online protecion.

For malware you need an antimalware... Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is the best.
For viruses you need an anivirus... Avast is the best rated antivirus with online protection.
For Adware (in case of) you'll need AdwCleaner
For stubborn virus infections, an Avast boot scan may be the solution, or Combofix if Avast doesn't hack it. Combofix for MS Windows 7/XP/Vista 32-bit and 64-bit systems only, not for Windows 8/8.1/10. The combofix page says it's for malware but I have used it successfully for viruses and many people recommend it as well for virus removal.

i use the top 2 mentioned^^, avast on demand, only use 3 main shields; deselect all the other crap with customized install, then mwb 1x a week non on demand(if free this is default)

i like kaspersky (paid) and malwarebytes (free) myself. great programs that have done me well.

Kaspesrky or Bitdefender paid , Malwarebytes Premium for it's web protection and I also on demand scan once a week or so with Hitman Pro and HerdProtect.
