what is a problem when samsung s4min says insert sim card

My samsung S4 min have a problem of sim card when I insert it it says ni simcard I tried to wipe all data but is always say that insert sim card or rather I tried to remove sim tray and put another one it actually say same thing...help me how can I do inoder to get network

You would have to contact the carrier/service provider that you got the SIM through and let them know it isn't working. You may need them to get you a different type of SIM.
