What is a program that counts your FPS??

Ive seen youtubers use it before it shows up as like big numbers in the corner of the screen and ive been looking for it and i cant find it. i have fraps and i use it but i was wanting to run some bench marking on my pc and i want to record it to compare 2 GPUs and i want to beable to see the FPS clearly in my recording.. any idea what it could be or a similar program?

I know it does but it dosent record the framerate counter

Found something that works, MSI Afterburner.

Msi afterburner, you can use its fps counter and record with it. There is an option to record the fps counter or not. Fraps has the watermark and is limited to 30sec anyways.
