what is the ASP.NET Machine account password

there is an account that i havnt made on my computer called ASP.NET Machine account. somehow it became the administrator and now i cant download anything or even recover or restore my pc.i am running windows 8.1 if that helps

asp.net is suppose to only have guest level privileges. That sounds more like malware if it has taken Admin rights. Did you get it right after Windows updates?

well i think i had accidentally made it an admin but yes i got it after i updated to windows8.1
