What is the best Antivirus in 2018?

I use Avast antivirus pro. It works well but I want to know have any the best Antivirus in 2018 update and latest version with strong security?

Avast support is reading on TomsHardware forums "security", so you have a point of contact here.

IMHO: Any AntiVirus is for the religious. Even the Windows Defender is quite good meanwhile. Every once in a while the AntiVir solution of your choice introduces its own security problems. Take any advertisment with a grain of salt, and all reviews are biased.

Another factor you won't want to overlook are *features* in addition to protection. Is the program easy to use? Is it offering the protection you want? But also, what other benefits are there to the software? (examples on our end are things like Behavior Shield, Ransomware Shield, Webcam Shield, and so on.) That can be another item you consider as you're looking around.

To me it's ESET 2018 Edition. Apart from the basic features, one of the new features in this edition is the UEFI Scanner which protects you from threats that attack your PC before Windows has even started, so I think it's quite topical today

Avast is the best antivirus. It does not slow your system and protect your system from any harmful virus.
