What is the Best laptop at 700 that can edit very well

So I am looking for a laptop with a max budget of seven hundred dollars. I know I can build a computer and it would be cheaper ( I already built several) But I want one on the go.

If you want fast editing speeds on a laptop, you need a high end processor and a lot of RAM. From what I gather editing videos is RAM hungry, and 16-32GB is what you'll need. That can be a tall order to fill in a $700 laptop, so you may need to look around on eBay.

That one would work for you, but it's over budget. I picked up the more expensive version of that model (with the faster graphics card) for only $740 on ebay, though.
