What is the best looking 40" LCD TV that makes for a good PC monitor with most/all of the following types of features (suggest any features that I might have missed needed to make a good tv-pc monitor):
•4:4:4 Capability.
•Disable Overscan
•ClearType Tuner.
•Game Mode.
•Calibrate
•IPS panel
•Low input lag
•Full HD 3D (2d to 3d conversion)
• HDMI: 4
•Component (Y, PB, PR): RCA x 1
•Composite A/V: RCA x 1
•PC input (15-pin, D-Sub): 1
•Digital audio output: 1 (5.1 ch)
•Native resolution: 1,920 x 1,080 pixels
I currently use a Panasonic TC-L37DT30 37" LCD as my PC monitor and it looks ok but I want a slightly larger display with 4:4:4 subsampling. I am looking for the best value for the money and am looking for either Sony, Samsung, LG but any other brands is fine too as long as it is well built and has a decent history. Please advise.

i use a sony bravia.... my model has an ips panel and i connct via hdmi. works great. (its a few years old though)

you only need game mode if buying 120/240hz. i use a 60hz to avoid that little problem.

you can adjust overscan/underscan in your pc graphics settings.

are you sure you want 2d->3d conversion (it looks like utter crap)?
