what is the Cheapest 17.3 Laptop that can play this games...

Hi. I want to buy my son a decent 17.3 laptop that can play this games without lagging and dropping FPS. He uses my old laptop with Intel HD Family. I want to buy him an 17.3 inch but on a budget. Help guys.

Maxing out a game on laptop is hard. If you want to be completely sure, this one will do it.
