Solved! What is the email account name for windows 7

Hello,I used the belkin cable to move everything from my Windows XP to my new computer with Windows 7 but can't find my email. Any thoughts?

Windows 7 does not have any e-mail programs installed with it.
You need to install a mail client.
Microsoft has a free one called " essentials "
