What is your experience with Toshiba support?

I am owner of notebook Toshiba Satellite L750-1MX (PSK30E) and would like to share interesting experience with you. I try to find BIOS for my laptop on Toshiba support web pages, and found it, but download is not possible. Some people have the same problem with Toshiba (BIOS, drivers ...) and shared experience on Toshiba support forum. In service center explained me that driver data base is not regularly maintained and they have special server with drivers for service centers only. Customers can't use data base on that server and only solution is to pay them 20 EUR for BIOS. I am really disappointed with Toshiba service. So what is your experience?

Somebody from Toshiba (or new owners) reads forums. An hour ago I normally downloaded software. Coincidence maybe, but ...? After this experience, Toshiba is not option in the future.
