what kind of SD card to use

I have a "Product TitleHP 10-p010wm Detachable Laptop, 10.1" IPS Touch Display, Windows 10 Home, Intel Atom x5-Z8350 Processor, 4GB Memory, 64GB eMMC Storage, 802.11 Wirless AC, HP Active Pen" that I'd like to add storage. What would be the best SD card to add to put Microsoft on. and can this laptop be upgraded?

you have to use a microSD in the media card reader
all it states is use microSD. I would use a cheap one first as the specialty camera one may not work in them I am, sure it will handle up to 64Gb without an issue maybe more...
