Solved! What proper cables needed to connect sub woofer to sound card?

Solution
According to the description of the connections on the soundcard that Shoomer supplied you will need
https://www.amazon.com/MyCableMart-Conductor-FEMALE-Adapter-Cable/dp/B01DFT505C
because there are three channels on that jack not two.
You will only need one of the RCA outputs of the adapter. Don't know which one so you will have to turn on the subwoofer output and not the center or side L and try them one at a time. Turn the woofer volume down when you change connections.
In order to answer this question am afraid must consult manual.

The card may already come with the proper cables and you are jumping the gun.

The exact cable depends whether card has one or two sub outputs, whether the card's sub output is mixed with another channel like sub+c in the same jack, and whether Polk says, IF MONO, just feed left channel.

Manuals should tell you everything.

Soundcard has..

Microphone In:
2 x 3.5mm jack
Line Out :
1 x 3.5mm jack (Front Out)
1 x 3.5mm jack (Rear / Side R)
1 x 3.5m
m jack (C / Sub / Side L)
Headphone Out :
1 x 3.5mm jack shared with Front Out
Optical Out:
1 x TOSLINK
Line In:
1 x 3.5mm jack

Speaker has..

L/R RCA
Line Level wire inputs L/R x 4

So you need L/R RCA (male) to 3.5mm jack (male). Something like this...https://www.amazon.co.uk/REALMAX%C2%AE-Meter-Stereo-3-5mm-1Meter-White/dp/B01GOCOW6K

There are three options in the manual to connect to Sub-Out of a Receiver or Amplifier.
http://global.polkaudio.com/en/Media/POLK/Product%20Manuals/PSW10_12_MN.pdf

You need some kind of amplification. I suggest looking on eBay for Yamaha HTR 5xxxx series receiver.

Cables needed to connect sound card to receiver:
Digital Optical Audio Cable

Receiver sub-out to the Subwoofer
Coaxial Audio/Video RCA CL2 Rated Cable - RG6/U 75ohm (for Digital Coax, Subwoofer) (only one needed)
